第一部分:通用要求：

1.請不要隨意損壞橡膠制品的包裝,我公司橡膠制品均采用塑料袋密封包裝,目的是隔絕空氣,防止產(chǎn)品從生產(chǎn)到使用前的時間內(nèi)發(fā)生不必要的老化。
2.橡膠制品請儲存在避光、通風的庫房中。
3.由于臭氧、紫外線對橡膠制品的損害較大,庫房中應(yīng)避免使用任何能產(chǎn)生臭氧的設(shè)備,如水銀蒸汽燈及能產(chǎn)主電火花或無聲放電的高壓電器等。
4.庫房的溫度不宜高于35℃。
5.請在包裝上規(guī)定的有效期內(nèi)使用,超過此有效期使用,將會增加滲漏油的概率。
6.橡膠制品嚴禁與汽油、酒精、丙酮、香蕉水等有機溶劑接觸,三元乙丙橡膠還應(yīng)避免與機油等油類物質(zhì)接觸。
7.請記錄包裝上的生產(chǎn)批號及日期,便于產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量的跟蹤。
8.使用過程中,請嚴格控制壓縮率不要超過說明書推薦的范圍,否則將會縮短使用壽命,甚至發(fā)生早期開裂。
9.請在說明書推薦的溫度范圍內(nèi)使用,超過規(guī)定的溫度,會大幅度縮短壽命,低于規(guī)定的溫度時,則可能發(fā)生滲漏。
10.密封設(shè)計中盡量避免橡膠暴露在外,將橡膠制品與空氣隔離可以大幅度提高密封的可靠性與壽命。
11.橡膠制品若用于全壽命設(shè)計的產(chǎn)品,請務(wù)必首先與我公司聯(lián)系,確定最佳的密封方案,方可保證使用壽命。
12.橡膠制品在使用中應(yīng)避免與毛刺、沙粒、鋒利的邊沿等接觸,否則可能導(dǎo)致橡膠制品被割傷。
13.橡膠制品使用前一定要避免機械劃傷,即使是小的劃傷,在壓縮狀態(tài)下,由于應(yīng)力集中,增加了密封失效的風險。

Part l:General requirements：

1.Please do not damage the packaging of rubber products at wil.Ourrubber products are sedledin plastic bags.The purpose is to isolate air and prevent unnecessary aging of products from production to use.
2. Rubberproducts should be stored in warehouses that are dark and ventilated.
3.Ozone and ultraviolet radiation are harmful to rubber products.Any equipment that can produce ozone should be avoided in the warehouse such as mercury vapor lamps and high voltage electrical appliances that can generate sparks or silent discharges. 
4.The temperature in warehouse should not be higherthan 35°C.
5. Please use it within the validity period specified on the package.If it is used beyond the validity period,it will increase the probability of oi leakage.
6.Rubber products are strictly prohibited from contact with gasoline,alcohol,acetone,banana oil and other organic solvents.EPM should also avoid contact with oil substances such as machine oil.
7.Please record the batch number and date of production on the package,so as to facilitate the tracking of product quality.
8.In the course of using,please strictly control the compression rate and do not make it exceed the recommended range in the instruction book,otherwise it will shorten the service life and even cause early cracking.
9.Please use it in the temperature range recommended in the instruction book.If the temperature exceeds the specified value,the service life wil be greatly shortened.If the temperature is lower than the specified value,leakage may occur.
10.Please try to avoid exposing the rubberin sealing design.Isolating rubber products from air can greatly improve the reliability and service life of sealing.
11.If rubber products are used forthe products with life-cycle design,please contact our company first to determine the best sealing scheme,inorder to ensure service life.
12. Rubber products should avoid contact with burrs,sand grains and sharp edges in use,Otherwise,rubber products may be cut.
13. Mechanical scratches must be avoided before rubber products are used. Even small scratches increase the risk of seal failure due to stress concentration under the state of compression.
